Have you received an SMS from Qred, but are not a customer of ours?

Scam SMS and phishing calls are currently being made in Qred's name. If you receive a suspicious message or call, do not act on its content and never share your personal details, login credentials, codes, or BankID. Please report the number by forwarding the message to 7726. You can always ask to call us back at 020-150 333.

How do I block my card?

Follow these steps:

Open the Qred app
Identify yourself
Go to the Cards screen
Click Change Card Settings
Click Block card
Enable Block Cards
Confirm

NOTE! The blocking in the app is only temporary and you need to call Qred Customer Service (020-150 333) to block your card permanently as well as order a new card.
